In November 2009 I gave a presentation at a high profile International Research and Practice Conference in Siberia, organised by a number of stakeholders including Siberian Regional Cost Estimating Centre and Association of Cost Engineers. The conference was attended by 320 delegates from 20 regions of the CIS. My presentation was delivered through consecutive translation, a new experience for me, and I was fortunate to have the services of Anton and his colleague Yuri, who delivered the translation to the audience in a highly professional manner.
